1) Where can I take my vehicle to be repaired with a Warranty-Link contract?
The Warranty-Link extended service plan is honored at any licensed repair facility throughout the United States and Canada. You have the option of taking your vehicle to your dealership or any licensed repair facility of your choice. Additionally, the plan is accepted at national repair facilities such as Pep Boys, Firestone, AAMCO as well as many others.

2) When does my extended service plan begin and expire?
Your Plan begins 30 days and 1,000 miles from the date of enrollment.New plans begin at “0” miles on the odometer and expire after the number of months selected has elapsed or the number of miles selected appears on the vehicles odometer, whichever occurs first. For example, a 6 year / 100,000-mile program would expire in 6 years or when your odometer displays 100,000 miles.

Used plans begin on the applications date and the current odometer mileage. The plan will expire according to the time and/or mileage of the coverage you select, whichever occurs first. For example, a 36 month/36,000 mile plan would expire in 36 months or when the vehicle is driven an additional 36,000 odometer miles, whichever occurs first.

4) What is the difference between top 2 plans you offer?
Our Platinum Plan is the most comprehensive program we offer and is available on vehicles less than 4 model years old and having less than 60,000 odometer miles. This is a Bumper-to-Bumper exclusionary policy, which only lists the components that are not covered under the contract. It provides coverage for repairs on all parts and labor except the parts and maintenance items that we list as excluded. Click here to see complete Platinum coverage details.

Our Gold Plan is named component coverage. This Protection Plan is the most comprehensive listed extended coverage in the industry. Our Gold program lists all of the components covered by the service agreement. This listed plan includes all the major assemblies of your vehicle. Click here to see complete Gold coverage details.

5) How is a claim paid, and what is the claim process?
Warranty Link will pay the repair facility direct by company credit card; you do not need to pay for covered repairs up front and wait to be reimbursed.

When your vehicle breaks down and you need service:
· Simply bring the vehicle to any licensed service facility.
· The service manager will determine the type of repairs necessary, then call our National Claims Service Center (provided in your Warranty Link service contract booklet) to receive repair authorization.
· After obtaining authorization and an authorization number, the service facility will repair your vehicle.
· When the repairs are complete, the service facility will fax our Service Center the completed, authorized repair order signed by the customer.
· All claims are paid directly to the repair facility with a corporate credit card, therefore, you do not have to pay for your repair and wait to get reimbursed. It is that simple.

6) What if my dealership or mechanic does not want to accept Warranty-Link’s Nationwide Credit Card Payment?
There is no reason why your dealership would not accept our policy. We pay retail price for parts and labor for all covered repairs. National labor manuals determine these costs of all repairs. These pricing guides that your dealership uses are standard in the industry. Once they find out that we pay retail (based upon the manual they use) for parts and labor, and pay by company credit card, most dealerships and repair shops will gladly accept all the business we can provide them. Our Customer Service Consultants will gladly contact facilities for you to explain our claims payment process.

7) How is Warranty Link’s plan different from other service contracts?
All of Warranty Link’s plans include wear and tear and start from date of enrollment. Warranty Link also provides you with a 60-day money back guarantee!
If a listed component breaks or wears out beyond the manufacturer's specifications, it is covered, and you are protected. With Warranty Link you're getting better coverage at an affordable price.
Also, for vehicles still covered by the manufacturer’s warranty, the term of coverage expires according to the time and/or mileage of the plan selected, whichever occurs first. For example, if you purchase a 6 year / 100,000 mile vehicle service contract from Warranty Link today, it will expire 6 years from today, or when the vehicle's odometer reaches 100,000 miles, whichever occurs first. This will give you more time than with typical vehicle service contracts, which determine expiration based upon the vehicle's in-service date.
If you are not completely satisfied within the first sixty days, contingent on a claim not being filed, we will issue a 100% refund.

11) Why should I buy now if I have time left on my original factory warranty?
The sooner you purchase coverage the lower the premium will be. Buying soon will allow you to avoid paying higher rates later due to mileage surcharges that occur as vehicles get older. You'll be able to immediately take advantage of your plan's benefits: towing, lost key/lockout, and car rental discounts during your factory warranty period.

12) My vehicle has performed great. Do I really need an extended service plan?
Cars today have more accessories and electronics features than ever before. Extended Service Plans provide peace of mind. Mechanical failure is a reality and that is the main reason why the manufacturer only warrants the vehicle for a certain period. As your vehicle gets older and is driven more miles, it is more likely to experience mechanical failures. Average Repair Costs:

13) How does Warranty Link offer such good coverage plans at such an affordable price?
We are able to offer such comprehensive coverage at such affordable prices because we cut out the middlemen and sell direct to the end consumer. We do not offer our plans through automobile dealerships or any other party that would require paying big commissions. These unnecessary expenses only add to the price that is ultimately passed onto the consumer.

Along with no middlemen, we also experience lower expenses due to the e-commerce industry. Our expenses are much lower than traditional methods of purchasing products and services by utilizing the internet.

All of these savings are passed on to you, the consumer.
